résumé: this work presents research conducted during this year on the medical and social field in France since there are changes due to political reforms in this field by the creation of the regional health agency. Our research is based on a qualitative approach, focusing on participant observation of two organizations both involved in a process of change management as part of the reconfiguration of the landscape of health and social sectors
