résumé: The implementation of the reform of public health and the creation of a Regional Agency of Health in France create havoc on some library resources centres in the area of health and social care. The objective of this chapter is to review the impact of the reform on the library resources centres. Indeed the re-organization of institutional structures requires documentary resources of these institutions to raise the question of their existence and their functions within a network full definition.
